TERMS OF SERVICE
Rules for accessing, subscribing to, and operating Warehouse OS.
These Terms govern your access to Warehouse OS, including our website, hosted application, and related support services. By using the service, you agree to these operating rules on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. Eligibility And Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials secure.
If you create an account for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use Warehouse OS only for lawful business operations and internal warehouse workflows.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scanning, or interference with the platform.
- Do not upload malicious code, illegal content, or data that you do not have the right to process.
- Do not resell or reverse engineer the service except where mandatory law allows it.
3. Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans may renew automatically each month or be renewed manually month by month, depending on the billing method selected at checkout.
Billing currently runs through hosted checkout flows provided by payOS or MoMo. Your use of those payment pages may also be subject to the relevant provider's own terms and policies.
4. Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the business data you store in Warehouse OS, including inventory, supplier, customer, and operational records.
You are responsible for obtaining any required notices or consents before storing personal data in the service.
5. Availability And Changes
We may update features, impose technical limits, or modify service components to maintain security, reliability, or product direction.
We aim for reliable uptime, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
Warehouse OS, its software, branding, interface, and documentation remain our property or the property of our licensors.
These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or create security or legal risk.
Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred before the effective termination date.
8. Disclaimers And Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Updates To These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
